Musical Theater, Choral Ensemble and A Capella

Musical group classes combine music, story and dance. The RCLA offers the musical theater classes for children and adults in a fun and engaging environment.

 Our program includes:

• training in musical notation and sight-singing with elements of ear training

• developing rhythmic skills and a sense of rhythm

• basics of vocal and singing skills

• choral ensemble and a capella

• musical and singing games

• developing performance confidence through rehearsals and performances

We use singing and acting to tell stories through music and movement using Kodaly and Dalcrose teaching methods in a fun and non-competitive environment. Our curriculum includes at least two rehearsals and two performances per a school year. All levels are welcome, no auditions required. The classes are taught in Russian and English.
