Enrollment and Registration
To register for classes please fill out the registration form
To request a free trial session please contact us
For mid-semester incoming students, the tuition will be prorated appropriately
Payment Schedule Options
By semester (17 or 18 lessons) + one-time registration fee + yearly materials fee
By trimester (every 11 or 12 lessons) + one-time registration fee + yearly materials fee
We offer 10% tuition discount for an additional family member enrolled in our programs (fees are not included)

Make-Ups and Tardiness
There are no scheduled make-ups for group classes
For private lessons one make up per semester can be scheduled for students enrolled in a full semester
If you arrive late, please notify your teacher
Tardiness does not extend the time of your lesson. Full lesson is not guaranteed if you arrive late
Withdrawals and Refunds
Written notice is required for a proper withdrawal. Absence or missed payments are not considered a formal notice
Registration and materials fee are non-refundable
Prior to 4th lesson – full prorated refund
After 4th lesson - no refund
Media and Contact
The Russian Center for Languages and Arts (RCLA) reserves the right to use photographs and videos of students for websites,
flyers and other promotional materials
Safety
All students and their families are expected to act in a safe manner while on the grounds of the RCLA
For the safety and well-being of all students and staff, at least one parent or guardian on site is expected to be able to supervise
their children when necessary
The RCLA reserves the right to remove any visitor who appears impaired, including due to any substance, at the risk of safety concerns
The Russian Center for Languages and Arts (RCLA) reserves the right to suspend lessons at any point during a semester if a family fails to follow the policies of the RCLA, or pay tuition is over two weeks due
In a case of emergency parents and guardians are responsible for their children’s safety and well-being.
RCLA is not responsible for any loss of personal items of students or families.
